The accommodation

Come and enjoy this 30m² studio apartment with its private terrace, ideal for a stay in the Berry region, 5 minutes from Issoudun, close to Châteauroux, Bourges, and the Château de Valençay.

The accommodation has a living room that doubles as a bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed that will ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant night's sleep.

The kitchen area opens onto the private terrace and has everything you need if you want to cook. The kitchen is equipped with a Tassimo coffee machine (two coffee capsules and teas available), a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and kitchen essentials.

To relax in your living room, you will have a 124cm Smart TV with Prime Video and Molotov available free of charge.

Your accommodation also has a pleasant private terrace with synthetic grass and furniture, perfect for relaxing in the summer.

Enjoy private use of the jacuzzi area until midnight. This area consists of a jacuzzi under an open pool house (additional charge of €30 per day).

The complete renovation of this studio and the thoughtful touches provided by Benjamin and Milène, your hosts, will ensure you have an excellent stay.

The studio has a parking space in a private courtyard 50 meters from the studio.

Other remarks

It is important to respect the premises and the neighborhood. The cleanliness of the property is essential upon your arrival and departure. Please be quiet to avoid complaints from nearby houses.

Access to the pool and jacuzzi area from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please indicate when booking if you wish to access this area so that we can heat the facilities. (supplement of €40/day)

The accommodation is for two people only. Parties/events and pets are not allowed on the premises.

We are located in a small village with a few hundred inhabitants. Expect to hear the rooster crow!
